Christa Rakich with cellist Kathy Schiano

On September 11, organist Christa Rakich and cellist Kathy Schiano will perform the premiere of a new work by Margaretha Christina de Jong, organist and composer from Middelburg, Holland, at the First Congregational Church in Somers, Connecticut.

The work, a series of six Charakterstücke, was commissioned from the Marjorie Jolidon Fund of the Hartford AGO Chapter.
