National Conference for Sacred Music

The National Conference for Sacred Music will be held January 8–10, 2014, in Naples, Florida. The conference will include ideas on how to use social media with your church and choirs, choral technique classes, worship, concerts, and reading sessions featuring new publications from Augsburg Fortress, Hinshaw, and MorningStar Music Publishers.

Classes will deal with growing the choir, attracting young adults into the music ministry, strategic planning, educating the congregation about worship, and more. Presenters include Anton Armstrong,  John Ferguson, and others.

The conference is sponsored by the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, the Presbyterian Association of Musicians, and the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts.
